Attention High School Students:

Please complete and submit this High School Community Service Form if you are a high school student interested in completing your community service hours with CAAPA (Coalition for African American in the Performing Arts).

Our volunteers participate in a wide variety of activities for CAAPA. They greet and meet guests at concerts, recitals, talent showcases,  and performances.   The more you volunteer, the more you get to do including witnessing wonderfully talented African American classical musicians and other performing artists.

We accept volunteers who are at 14 years of age and older for our Usher position; those interested in volunteering as Host/Hostess position must be at least rising sophomores in high school.

Volunteers under age 18 must have parents’ or guardians’ approval. Volunteers and parents/guardians must attend an orientation meeting and sign a behavioral and commitment contract.
