The CAAPA Cause 

CAAPA has a variety of education outreach and performance-based programs for all backgrounds and ages. 

CAAPA offers the MasterClass Series to college and high school students, emerging and aspiring musicians, and the entire community.  FREE MasterClass opportunities to work one-on-one with world-renowned African American classical musicians. 

CAAPA invites patrons to participate in The Performance Series, which hosts events, concerts, recitals, showcases, and much more to attract diverse backgrounds of all ages and help grow audiences, encouraging exposure of African American classical musicians and others. CAAPA often juxtaposes genre, blending unusual venues, refreshments, and performances, while bringing together unique experiences, stimulating all the senses! 

CAAPA supports, encourages, and creates Performance Opportunities for students, and aspiring, emerging, and established musicians, to help foster their musical career goals, dreams, and ambitions. 

CAAPA partners with established organizations including various Arts Presenters, Associations, Social, Community, and Religious Groups, Corporate Entities, Private Individuals, Productions, Curators, and Youth Organizations to help “Bring Color to the Classics!
