WASHINGTON — During Black History Month, and all year long, a local performing arts organization is sharing its passion for the classics by providing platforms for African-American classical musicians in the D.C. area.  The mission of the Coalition for African Americans in the Performing Arts is “Bringing Color to the Classics,” according to Terri Allen, executive director.
